The system adopts robot and bus control to complete unpacking, packing, certificate placement, box sealing, three-phase code printing, labeling, and palletizing functions. The overall space is small, the flexibility is high, and the price is extremely high.

Features

High flexibility: Due to the use of robot and bus control, different varieties can be quickly replaced, and the program is switched by one key, and the operation is simple. The stack type can be flexibly adjusted according to the customer's site at the same time.

Small footprint: Robots are used for boxing and palletizing, so the total space occupied by boxing and palletizing is almost the same as that of individual palletizing.

Developed data interface: The system uses bus communication, so it can provide the upper computer with the operating data and control signals of the equipment, which is convenient for the subsequent docking of AGV and MES systems.



Scope of application

The equipment has a wide range of applications. It can stack packaging boxes, woven bags, mechanical parts, raw material barrels, fireproof bricks and other materials. The same device can stack materials of different sizes. The program can be switched with one key and the operation is simple.
